e-bay problem

Does anyone do e-bay?

I've seen an item that is wrongly listed but am unable to contact the seller out of courtesy to inform him.  Apparently he gets so many messages (probably for wrong listings!) that he is unable to respond.

Trying to contact e-bay which seems the only other option is like wading through mud.

I do use ebay tourmie

If I need to contact any of them I have always clicked on the members profile and then the contact envelope there but not sure if you mean this person has disabled this means of contact.

I usually click on their name and use the "contact seller" bit but in this case a message comes up saying this person is unable to reply as gets a large volume of messages. Never had that before, have always been able to contact a seller.

Managed to post a question on the forum on e-bay but didn't get a helpful response.

Ah well never mind.
