Hope you all had a good Easter weekend despite the chilly weather flower

Having a break from the H's and doing some work on husbands side and got a couple of missing nippers to find.

Family is James Tayler/Taylor and wife Sarah living Notton Farm Lacock Wilts in 1911 where they state 11 children born 10 still living. Parents married 1864. Children born Lacock.

I only have 9 on my list which are
William Henry J 1867
Sarah Jane 1869
Emily 1872
Bella 1873 - 1948
Henry 1875 - 1960
Richard 1877
Augusta 1879
Mabel 1884
Walter John Kimber 1888 - 1956

The 4 with parents in 1911 are Sarah Jane, Henry, Mabel and Walter John Kimber.
Kimber was mothers maiden name.

Hi

In 1901, there's an 18yo James with the family

so that seems to just leave us one to find ...

Goodness that didn't take long thanks Very Happy

So the first Augusta must have died before Augusta the second came along but I can't see a death for her Question

Or a birth for that matter under Tayler or Taylor. Ok help scratch

This might be her death age 11 in 1876 under Mary Augusta M Taylor.

Yes and a birth to correspond Mary Augusta Martha Taylor in 1865.

Sorted thank you.

Am doing well on these, much easier than the H's!

Have traced all bar Richard, James and Mabel who I'm pretty sure died a spinster.

The other Augusta was Mary Augusta too and she married a Duck. They had 2 little Ducklings awwww Smile

Can anyone find me a likely death for Sarah please?

She was born 1842 Horsepath Oxon. I have death for James in 1916. Probate to two of his sons so possibly Sarah died first Question

There's a death of a 72yo Sarah Tyler in Chippenham in Q3 1915 (Vol 5a, p.60). Could that possibly be her?

[Chippenham is the right registration district for Lacock, isn't it?]

Yes that's the right district and looks a good bet bounce

Age is spot on as she wasn't born till late 1842 and there don't seem to be any Taylor/Tayler entries that fit the bill. Plus is before husband died as suspected.

Just to be on the safe side will see if there is a Sarah Tyler about but flower
